Project is a not-for-profit arts organisation that has been managed by a small group of volunteers since March 1995. Project is generously supported by Wollongong City Council.

Project is a unique, modern and professional gallery where all artists and visitors are welcome and made to feel valued.

Why become a member?
Membership is just $30 annually. To become a member please JOIN ONLINE. If you’d rather, you can come in and fill in a membership application form in person.
  • Support Project and do your bit for the arts community. We’re an artist-run not-for-profit gallery dedicated to keeping the arts thriving in the Illawarra.
  • Exhibit art or participate in a members exhibition.
  • Organise cultural/art events and workshops.
  • Meet other Illawarra artists and creatives.
  • Have a say - You can vote at AGMs and join our committee meetings.
  • Access special rates for Project’s workshops, such as life drawing classes.
