Exhibition proposals from members are considered year-round and secured by payment of a booking fee. Please note: Allow plenty of time for your exhibition date as the space is generally booked out up to 6 months in advance.

To exhibit at Project, you must be a member. Membership is just $30 per year. You can JOIN ONLINE HERE or pop into the gallery to sign up.
We have different exhibition options:
Hire the whole gallery -  costs $750 per week to hire. The preferred hire period is at least two weeks. Some artists like to get a group together to reduce their costs.OR
Exhibit in our Members' exhibitions or the HAW (Hire-a-Wall) exhibitions. These are held regularly around three to four times a year and are a good opportunity for artists who would like to participate in a group exhibition.

Complete the Exhibition Proposal form and we’ll be in touch.
Let us know:
  • A bit about yourself and other artists who may be involved in the exhibition
  • Your proposed exhibition and some information about the medium and nature of your art
  • Your preferred exhibition dates
Important info:
  • The gallery is usually booked 6 months in advance at least. A deposit will be required to confirm any booking dates.
Exhibition days:
  • Our booking period is from Monday to Sunday.
  • Installation will be Monday and/or Tuesday, when the gallery is closed to the public.
  • The gallery will be open for exhibition Wednesday to Sunday.
  • Bump out is from 4pm Sunday, after gallery closing time.
